All our cookies are made from scratch using high-quality ingredients for the best taste. These are recipes that I have modified and perfected over time.

I want to create a custom order! How can I do that?

Head on over to Custom Order Inquiry to place a custom order, and I'll reach out to you to discuss details further! I ask for a two weeks notice on these orders to order supplies and ensure you get the best quality cookies. For a rush order, a fee of up to $1.50/cookie may be applied.

I may contact you to reschedule an order based on my current fulfillment list and schedule.

Where are you located? Can I order from outside the state?

I am located in Wilmington, Illinois.

There are some items I am comfortable shipping but I cannot ship outside of Illinois due to Cottage Law policies; please contact me for details on specific items and shipping fees!

How do I collect my order?

I offer local pickup to Wilmington, Braidwood, and Shorewood. Anything else within a reasonable delivery area, I don't mind coming out to you. A delivery fee may be applicable based on how far from this area you are (mileage and gas).

How do you package your cookies? How can I store them?

All cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed to retain freshness! If your event isn't for a few days after pickup, they can be left out in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Or cookies can be frozen in an airtight container with packaging still on for a few good weeks(1 or 2 is my safe bet). When you want to enjoy your treats, pop them out of the freezer and let them thaw completely on the counter WITHOUT REMOVING THE LID.  An ingredient list and "produced by" date will be printed on either the order box or each individual cookie. 

Do you offer gluten-free options?

I do, however the kitchen itself is only allergen-friendly, not gluten-free. I have plenty of experience with allergies and am extremely cautious about cross-contamination. Please use your best judgement and keep your safety and health in mind first and foremost.

There is also an additional fee for GF items; I use King Arthur 1-for-1 rice flour for my GF flour and it can get expensive!

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and payment is due upon confirmation of order. If there is an emergency on my end and I need to cancel, a full refund will be issued.

A 50% refund is offered if you cancel your order 7 days before your scheduled pickup.
